ARE YOU SEEING THIS?
The latest release of the Internet Explorer browser from Microsoft has a default setting that blocks first-party cookies. This is the first release of their browser with this setting. First-party cookies are required by Paypal in order to accurately connect the order, the price, and the payment into a single transaction for both Paypal and BWN.com.
HERE IS HOW YOU FIX IT.
- Launch Internet Explorer and find the File Menu/Tool Bar. If you cannot see it click ALT.
2. Choose the TOOLS Menu.
3. In the PRIVACY TAB put your settings to LOW.
OPTION: If your browser still goes to the PAYPAL Retry Screen. You may also add the following sites to your “safe” list.
