How to make online reservation and payments.

BWN integrates with PayPal for credit card processing. *Internet Explorer 7.0 users may have to adjust there security settings. Find out how here. 1. Registering for an event. Enter your email address. ( Email must be associated with your membership. Non-members can register for events using a valid email address.)
2. Register as a guest or as a member.
In some instances - i.e. if you have lost your internet connection - you may see a screen like this. You can continue with the transaction and complete the payment process. BWN administrators will flag your pending payment and wait for the Paypal Center to process your order again.
3. Fill out the form. Of you are bringing guests to the event please enter the number of guests and their names in the fields provided. THIS IS FOR GUESTS ONLY - You have already registered yourself as a member/non-member.
4. Confirm your order. An outline of your order with a total cost will appear in this step. By choosing CONFIRM you will be directed to the PAYPAL website. Please allow time for the site to load.
PAYPAL processing: The PAYPAL window will appear. Please notice that the event that you are registering for and the payment total is listed in the top of this window. You may choose to login if you have a paypal account. OR you can click CONTINUE on the left column (lower arrow) to pay with a credit card.
User can fill out the information and submit the payment without having to create any PayPal account. Note: people who do have PayPal accounts would normally have PayPal cookies on their computer. In this case they will see a different screen by default - to pay with their PayPal account: You can still select "Use your credit card or bank account" (where available). Continue link at the bottom left corner of the page and proceed with the payment without having to login or create an account.)
